Q. What Traffic Control Courses are on offer at BBT Training Australia?
Traffic Controller BLUE ( traffic Control using the Stop Slow Bat)
To enroll in this course you will require :
· Adequate reading and writing ability
· Work Cover NSW Construction Induction Card (GreenCard)
· Hold or have held a NSW P2 drivers Licence OR a previous Traffic Control Ticket ( within the last two years)
Apply Traffic Control Plans YELLOW
To enroll in this course you will require :
· Adequate reading and writing ability
· Work Cover NSW Construction Induction Card (GreenCard)
Select and Modify Traffic Control Plans RED
To enroll in this course you will require :
· Adequate reading, writing and problem solving skills
· Have held a Traffic Controller or Apply traffic Controller Card for 12 months
· Relevant Industry experience that is certified by an employer or relevant documentation ie Site JSA , SWMS or work instructions OR a letter from your employer stating your experience
Design and Inspect Traffic Control Plans ORANGE
To enroll in this course you will require :
· Adequate reading, writing and problem solving skills
· Completion of the RED Traffic Control ( Select and Modify Traffic Control Plans )
· Experience in selecting and modifying TCP in the workplace

1. Fill out a Statutory Declaration (available from Australia Post), with the following details:
· your name, address and date of birth
· your ticket number, training date and training provider (if possible)
· the reason why you need a replacement ticket
· your signature (witnessed by a Justice of the Peace)
· the Justice of the Peace’s signature and JP number.
2. Send the Statutory Declaration, with a cheque or money order for $25.00 (per card) made out to:
Roads and Traffic Authority (not ‘RTA’) to:

3. Your ticket will be reprinted and sent back to you by mail

Q. How do I get a HR or HC driver Licence in NSW?
BBT Training Australia offers Heavy Vehicle Training HR and HC under the RTA NSW CBA system our instructors are authorized and qualified by the RTA to conduct Competency Based Assessment (CBA). To initiate this process the following procedure applies :
1. Attend a RTA NSW Motor Registry and apply for and complete you HR or HC Driver Knowledge Test and obtain your CBA Heavy Vehicle Log book for the license class required . NOTE: you should study for this assessment on the RTA website http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/licensing/gettingalicence/gettingaheavyvehiclelicence/rta_heavy_vehicle_dt.html
2. After obtaining your CBA Log book please send and online enrolment to BBT Training Australia, we will respond in most case within two hours to confirm available dates and times and to make a booking
3. On the Day of your training you will be required to bring your CBA Heavy Vehicle Logbook and your current driver license
4. You will then commence your Heavy Vehicle Training experience at BBT Training

NO , At BBT Training Australia our focus is giving you the best ,safest and most effective Heavy Vehicle Driver Training available , Our experience is that applying specific time frames to your training puts unnecessary and an warranted pressure on the process and applicants .To provide a safe and enjoyable driver training BBT Training Australia employs the following procedure:
1. BBT Training Australia will in most cases keep training sessions to a maximum of 4 Hours per day (LR MR exempt)
2. BBT Training Australia instructors are there to assist you and have your best interests in mind and may tailor your sessions to suit your level of competence

A. BBT Conducts our Forklift course over three (3) days . This will enable you(trainee) to learn all aspects of the forklift operation and to gain valuable experience in forklift operations that will allow you to commence work on a forklift at the completion of the training course . BBT Training Australia aim to equip trainees with job ready skills so they may be safe and productive in the workforce at the completion of training

A. BBT Training conducts the Dogging course over 5 Days, in this time you will gain valuable experience in setting up and working with our Mobile crane, that is on site for the duration of the course (schedule permitting) . We have a strong focus on safety and productivity and as such we will instruct you to :
· Conduct workplace communications
· Implement Risk Management in the workplace
· Complete onsite Hazard and Risk assessments (JSA)

· Four days Theory and practical training
· Work Cover NSW assessment DG
· Supply of training manuals
· Tea , coffee and Water
· A safe, comfortable and accessible training venue
· All Crane Hire , Tools and equipment

A. NO , The current requirement of Work Cover NSW requires applicants to present to an Australia Post Post Office and lodge this application in person . BBT Training will make you aware of this process at the completion of you training .
Q . What are the pre requisites for the Dogging course ?
A. The Dogging course requires a fair understanding of mathematical procedures and basic literacy and numeracy skills . During your course you will need to calculate some basic maths equations and read and interpret written information .
Dogging is classified by Work Cover as Hig Risk Construction Work and as such you will require the Work Cover NSW OHS Induction for Construction Certificate (Green card )
Q. How long does the BBT Training Australia Basic Rigging course run for ?
A. BBT Training conducts the Basic Rigging course over 4Days, in this time you will gain valuable experience in setting up and working with our Mobile crane, that is on site for the duration of the course (schedule permitting) , Erecting structural Steel at height , working with safety harness and fall arrest systems
We have a strong focus on safety and productivity and as such we will instruct you to :
· Conduct workplace communications
· Implement Risk Management in the workplace
· Complete onsite Hazard and Risk assessments (JSA)

· Three days Theory and practical training
